SeaToSummit – A new way to experience the night

giovedì, 27 Maggio, 2021

The night.

For some of us it is the real reason that makes us take the bike to start a long ride.

Getting lost in the night pedaling with only the front light, listening to every slight rustle, observing with the corner of the eye every shadow that appears until we find the ideal place: yes, here is the right place!

For many others, however, it is the main obstacle, something that immediately breaks the dream of getting lost on a bike without a set goal. The fear of darkness, the perception of reality that magically changes as soon as the sun goes below the horizon, doubts about where to camp: here or there?

The night sums up all our fears.

Here, then, is that having certainty about the equipment to use greatly reduces the doubts between going or staying.

Sea to Summit comes to our aid by launching a new line of products ideal for our bikepacking raids, combining ease of use, lightness and reliability.

For example, it has redesigned the support architecture of the Alto and Telos tents, making them more spacious and more ventilated thanks to the Apex Vent technology which improves the air flow by 70%, reducing annoying internal condensation.

Alto TR2 is a high-end ultralight two-seater awning not suitable for the coldest temperatures, ideal for the most demanding outings where the distribution of weights in our bags is essential for a correct ride comfort in the most uneven terrain.

Telos TR2 PLUS with its fabric interiors is suitable for all seasons and the multiple configurations that can be obtained, thanks to the Hangout mode, make it one of the most versatile on the market. The cover can easily be converted into a semi-open shelter by simply using the supplied trekking poles or poles, making it a perfect shelter for a quick lunch or a shady stop.

The camping tent will be visible and will be previewed at BAM!
