16-17 Yoga and the body: stretching and muscle dissolution.
After a day cycling we offer a series of yoga positions particularly suitable for bike travelers for stretching and dissolute muscles.
A yoga session and complete stretching, which does not only focus on the legs, but will lengthen and soften the whole body. Sometimes bikers only think about their legs. We instead propose a sequence which, starting from the feet, will allow you to soften the whole body. It will be amazing how the contracted body will soften up exercise after exercise.
17-18 Yoga: The journey which starts from the body and continues inside.
After traveling for hours, after a great effort, comes the time to relax and listen to the internal taste of everything that happened.
The journey which moves from the outside to the inside. Fell yourself, feel the tired muscles, maybe feel the pain, the effort, the emotions of what happened, let it resound in gazes and colors you faced.
Yoga to relax, to recover, to find an inner balance. Yoga to recover a state of centering, relaxation, rest and to sleep well.
